Since 2015, Allchin Builders have set the industry benchmark for residential and commercial construction.
In 2015, we received the Young Builder of the Year award, along with the prestigious Best Custom Home honour. We continued to excel in custom home design, earning additional Best Custom Home accolades in 2018, 2019, 2021, and 2023.
In 2024, we were awarded with the Excellence in Commercial Construction title—an affirmation of our high-quality standards across both residential and commercial sectors.
In June 2025, at the Master Builders Victoria Regional Building Awards — Eastern Region, our custom-designed four-storey A-frame home in Inverloch earned us 2025 Residential Regional Builder of the Year and Best Renovation/Addition Over $750,000.
In October 2025 we ventured down to Palladium at Crown for the Master Builders Victoria 2025 Excellence in Housing Awards night and we are both proud and deeply honoured to have been awarded Residential Regional Master Builder of the Year for our Lohr Avenue, Inverloch project.
